Thank you so much, Joe, for being such a kind, positive reflection of our Savior in this fallen world. Your positive, hopeful posts encourage so many of us and this sub stack is such a testimony to so many of God’s love, grace and miraculous renewal of lives!
"How many people has God placed in your path for a reason? Someone in need that only you may notice?" ... such true words and observations of our journey here on earth.
My study today was 1 John 5 ... that Jesus and Jesus alone is our source of salvation. We are in good hands. We are charged with showing His love to a fallen world, a world under the leadership of the adversary. No act of God and goodness will go un noticed. We are His ambassadors... we need to take that charge seriously.
On a bit of another note, I just came in from blowing my shofar at sunset outside tonight. First time doing that. It was an interesting feeling...
Thank you for this and linking to Pastor Ingram. These were both very helpful to me today. I'm trying to encourage a friend's daughter who is struggling with a mental health and drug issue. She and my daughter grew up together and she came to my granddaughters bday party yesterday and started having a panic attack. I took her for a walk and offered for her to call me whenever she feels overwhelmed.. Her mom is out of town at the moment and she did call me today because she was struggling badly. I sent her the link to Pastor Ingrams' podcast that you provided after listening to it myself. I just wanted to let you know how helpful your article was to me today. Thank you.
