What a great post. It is so true and is needed in this time. This may be worthy of talking about as well. I have many people ask me about how dark and crazy the world is right now. I tell them there is no more evil, no more darkness now than at any time in the past. The reason things seem so crazy is the veil is being lifted. Darkness used to move in the shadows, in the dark, doing things behind the scenes. Now we see the darkness, the enemy in plain sight. You see perfume commercial with a girl covered in blood, or the mocking of the Last Supper during the Olympics. To me, this tells me that the enemy knows time is almost up, the enemy has nowhere to hide. People are waking up from a deep sleep. Each time another soul is reclaimed by the light, they become another small point of light. One light can truly keep darkness at bay. Rest well knowing we know how the story ends, God wins. We will see some dark appearing times however; as you said, God love us all the time and if we ask for protection, our God, and our guardian angels with rush to the scene.

Do not be afraid. God has you.

Thank you Joe for sharing your faith. Jeremiah 29:11 is my “go to” verse when I am tempted to sit with my sorrows. As I repeat it several times I am lifted and can feel grateful for all the aspects of my life. Have a great weekend!

Thank you for sharing your heart Joe. Your sentiments resonate with me. I’ve been reading your articles for quite a while and appreciate your perspective, insight and level headed approach to geopolitics. This was especially poignant…you mentioned your girls. Have I missed part of your story? Peace and love of Christ…Mara

Beware Joe! I’m in MO and honeysuckle quickly becomes VERY invasive! Great story you shared though!
